Our counselling sessions focus on creating awareness and understanding around your unique emotional blueprints, belief systems, and habitual ways of thinking and being. We work together to improve mental wellness by identifying and managing unhelpful patterns and pathways that contribute to emotional distress and mental health challenges.

In-person counselling sessions take place at our office located in Dundas.
